Follow up to: 
Simple style tonight, I'm feelin down bout this.
I went ahead and spoke to them but it felt weird. They told me why they were acting like they were, and I didn't do anything wrong - I understand why they were behaving that way but I'm pretty hurt.
It feels like they weren't telling me something, but we ran out of time to speak so I don't even know how to restart the conversation to see what more there was to it.
Shows how much they care, really. I care for them still, otherwise I wouldn't be bothered about it, but I kinda wish I didn't care at all at this stage. :/ I just want to figure it out and make this work but I don't know if they do.
If they don't, that's fine, but if they do I wanna know, otherwise I'll stop investing my time and energy in it.
