Photoshop is better for adding the finishing touches, or they way I do my eyes.
I use both though. I've used photoshop ever since I started doing digital, so I'm used to the shortcuts and how it works. I'm essentually a newb to SAI and already love it though so I can see myself just giving up photoshop completely XD
